Software Development Team Lead (PHP, Angular, React.JS, Node.JS)

Position overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Fullstack Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role combines advanced technical expertise with strong leadership skills to guide a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and inspire a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using PHP, Angular, Node.js, and React.js
• Optimize efficiency, migrate, integrate, and connect internal company software into one ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and DevOps
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and performance
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain high-quality development standards
• Drive the agile development process and participate in sprint planning and code reviews

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in fullstack development
• Strong expertise in PHP (Symfony), Angular, Node.js, and React.js
• Solid experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring software development teams
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern development tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• Working hours are standard CET timezone
• Teams size are 5-10 engineers , with dedicated Product Owner
• The positon is fully remote
• Our current preffence is on candidates based in North Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria or Poland
